We hear all the hoopla about coffee being bad for you. Despite everything you hear, ther are some medicinal benefits arising from daily consumption of coffee:
Coffee can decrease your risk of liver disease. An American study confirms that drinking coffee will decrease an alochol drinker's risk for liver disease. That age old myth of coffee getting rid of hang overs may have had some truth in it after all.
Coffee and Diabetes. Regular postmenopausal coffee drinkers reduce their risk for type 2 diabetes another US study finds.
Most findings have stressed that it's not the caffeine that helps but other properties from brewed coffee that have proven beneficial. So if your'e really looking for a health kick, switching to decaf will be just fine.
