Spring is Here
March 20th 2008 21:33
"Spring is here," said a bumblebee,
"How do you know," asked an old Oak Tree.
"I just saw a Daffodil dancing with a Fairy on a windy hill," says our hostess, sharing an old ditty from kindergarten on this first day of spring in the USA.
Who knew?
The child comes home from his first day at school.
His Mother asks, "Well, what did you learn today?"
The kid replies, "Not enough. They want me to come back tomorrow."
The following is a post I ran into the other day:

Most women want to get out of the house to get their hair done, nails done, pedicure, facial, massage, work out, etc. I go to coffee houses. I love the funky atmosphere. I enjoy seeing the different color schemes the owners come up with. Can you believe how people use coffee as decorating themes? I love watching the college students pretending to be all grown up, talking philosophically. I love the friendly Barristers, the sound of coffee and espresso brewing and the hiss of steaming milk. You name a typical feature of a coffee house and I'll love it.
I especially love the coffee houses that have an open floor plan. It makes it much easier to sit in one place and watch people or even meet new people and strike up conversations. I go out of my way to spend time in a coffee house if I am feeling down or feel like the world is against me. I get to see that there ARE still friendly people in the world. Give people some caffeine and a muffin and they turn into the friendliest people in the world. And now that there is such an abundance of Wi-Fi networks, I can work while I'm at any coffee house in town.
I hope your Coffee is always perfect and your humor is warm.

Since it's lenten season, the starbucks at the ground floor of our building's closed! I always need my coffee at 3 in the morning (when I start work...).
We all know that most of the people here are grumpy without coffee, especially the big bosses... imagine that.. and starbucks won't be back until Easter! unless you go to the next nearest starbucks, you won't get your coffee fix...
had to get mine on my way to work

Greetings Hazel, Lenten season without coffee is just another holiday; thank you Starbucks, heathens. Always vigilant for a life saving oasis with gourmet coffee, I mentally pin point them all on my internal map; you never know when a caffeine criss will manifest.
Hey, katyzzz, I serve awesome teas on a par level with the caffeine. Spoiler indeed, ha.
Thanks for visiting. Raven
