Coffee n Personality Pointers for Political Pundits

Hey, welcome fellow caffeine sots. Sometimes a hot beverage and a snack can't help soothe the savage beast we know as the political pundit, so, here's some pointers gleaned from the sages that frequent the Coffee Quip served up fresh and warm.

The art of personality begins when you can appreciate the following:

• Learn from your seasoned friends
• Love for its own sake, shines brightly
• Hate is only the absence of love
• Malice requires effort and guile, love doesn’t
• Laughter is a buffer for your own pain
• Compassion is a buffer for another’s pain
• Kindness displayed overshadows promises made
• A kind lie and a harsh truth are brothers
• Never refuse a gift from the poor
• Be grateful that God doesn’t answer all of our prayers as requested
• Don’t impose your free will over another’s
• You rights are gifts
• Little things are major spectacles in life
• Pain is short lived, a lie is forever
• A classless pig draped in satin and diamonds remains a pig
• Ignoring the truth won’t change it
• Changing the order of facts doesn’t alter them, only the arrangement
• Absence only makes it easier to stay away
• Love heals, time festers
• Life is tough, so be tougher
• Smiling makes us beautiful
• Speak your words softly and tenderly, you may eat them some day
• When anger is home, happiness is fishing
• An avatar in a cyber world will never give you a warm hug
• Reality is as good as it gets
• Joy isn’t in the having, it’s in the attaining
• Love is what it is; everything
• When speaking, speak life to all things or be silent
• Stepping on other to get ahead works only in quicksand and novels
• If you can only frown, stand on your head to fake it.

Well add to the list if you will, but have a hot beverage and an Alaska Bombe; it'll heal you where you live.

The Bombe will do me, Please, Politely, my pees for the day, inspired by that heartless bird who calls itself Raven, or more correctly, Ravin' let's forget the Politics, but tell me good, kind, harsh friend, I had trouble getting Past the first Point to-day as I couldn't for the life of me think just what spices were required to season a friend. Is it like seasoning a chook or something.

Loved the post and everything it brought with it, except the faintly delivered swear words, of course.

Orble would not be the same without you (although, come to think of it that may be something of a blessing I could escape without being noticed)
